Chakra Healing
Working with the seven main chakras, singing bowl sound baths assist participants in clearing the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras bringing calm, clarity, and healing.
Herbal Notes is based in the greater Boise, Idaho area. In-person sound bath treatments are performed at our studio. Virtual sound bath treatments are performed via video conferencing software.
